Final timetable for demonstrations and 'taster mats'. Each participating instructor will give a demonstration to a seated audience on our main mat and then provide taster sessions for the general public to try out the arts that interest them. Each taster session will be repeated 4 times - so there's no excuse to not join in! If you want to have a go at something then just dress in loose, comfortable clothing e.g. t-shirt and track pants. Each taster mat session costs £1.00 so what are you waiting for?
As usual we will be kicking off the festival with the lion dance spectacular in the foyer at 10.00am. The demonstrations will then follow the programme outlined below:
